Continuing to build a brand in the UK and Ireland during COVID-19
Over-C works with some of the biggest names across retail, transport and sports venues to deliver a workplace management solution driven by sensor data and IoT devices. The company wanted to develop its external message, and to raise awareness of how undervalued and underequipped frontline workers in the UK really are.
When Covid-19 struck, however the brief changed. Over-C required a shift in support to focus on content which kept the business at the forefront of discussions about frontline workers whilst simultaneously explaining how its technology could keep businesses and their staff safe both during and post pandemic.
What we did
TUVA worked closely alongside the Over-C marketing team to develop a media strategy to position the company and its core message across all of its key vertical markets. When COVID-19 sent the world into lockdown, the agency switched tactics. Creating a dynamic campaign structure which focused on the needs of the sales team to better support Over-C’s conversations in the sectors which needed the most help.
TUVA also raised the profile of Over-C’s visionary CEO by placing him at the forefront of the debate of how to properly value frontline workers – this was done through a carefully selected mix of PR, Analyst relations, social content and research and insight.
Over-C has featured in publications including Stadia Magazine, Gym Owner Monthly and Retail Gazette. The CEO featured in guest slots for industry focused podcasts and briefed leading analyst houses such as 451 Research, resulting in a bespoke insight report exclusively highlighting the Over-C business and focus.
Coverage secured in Stadia Magazine around Over-C’s work with Thomond Park rugby stadium also opened wider discussions for the sales team with other stadiums, with a view to creating further ‘smart stadiums’ to help implement new safety regulations post COVID-19 lockdown.
