OUR WORK | Computacenter: Building Insight to Drive Sales


Understanding the C-suite’s tech needs in the pharmaceutical Industry to drive sales and insights. 



FTSE 250 listed company, Computacenter, which works with a host of the world’s largest brands to transform and mange their IT infrastructures, wanted to strengthen its industry and market insight across the pharmaceutical sector to better understand the technological opportunities and needs of the C-Suite in order to drive sales.


What we did 

TUVA worked closely with the Computacenter marketing and sales team to create an in-depth research report exploring the key issues facing the industry and the technologies being deployed at that time – including AI, Cloud Computing and Service Desk. 

The TUVA team created the report synopsis and question set, setting the agenda for the report. Working with its research partner, TUVA surveyed C-level executives across the UK and Ireland in the pharmaceutical industry. Once completed, the team analysed the raw data, created the report copy and designed the final piece of collateral. 

A content plan was created for the marketing team alongside a social media calendar to promote and amplify the content to the correct audience over a four-week period. 



A fully designed 10-page insights report profiling the findings from the research, which was then hosted on Computcenter.com. The report was gated within the site to generate sales leads as well as being given to the sector sales team to arm them with fresh industry insight.
